The class was informative and taught all the issues I expected to be taught. I liked the combination of work guide and video materials. You made me feel as if I was in a classroom situation even though none of us were able to see each other. I like the fact that the classes are broken into manageable segments of about one and a half hours each which allow for our daily work at the dealership to get accomplished while we are attending the class. It would have been very difficult to be out of the office for three to four days as well as more costly with travel expense. It was also expensive in terms of travel, lodging, and meals. That was the old way. The new way to train is to close your door, put on your headset, and take a 'Net Class. It is phenomenal. We have a laptop and projector in our training room. It would be simple to bring in groups of employees and have training sessions with a UCS instructor via the Internet."
