How do I get the course materials for a course in which I’m enrolled?
|
|
|
Prior to the session, your instructor will send you a confirmation email that includes a link you can access to download materials. Any additional materials needed will be attached to the email.
|

How do I register for a session?
|
|
|
You can use our online enrollment form on this website. Select the Catalog tab in the upper right portion of the screen. Click the course where you would like to enroll. Use the Add link to select the sessions you want to attend, or use the Add All link to select all sessions of a course within a date range. Select the time for each session. Once you have selected all the classes and sessions you would like to attend, click on the Register button at the top of the screen. Follow the instructions in the Registration pages.
Once your enrollments are submitted and processed, you will receive a confirmation email from the POWER Software Education Instructor.

How late can I cancel an enrollment for a session and not be charged?
|
|
|
While you can cancel an enrollment at anytime, to avoid cancellation fees, please cancel one full business day prior to your session and seven business days for a classroom class.
|

How late can I register for a session?
|
|
|
Please enroll one full business day before the scheduled start time of the session. Your enrollment is not official until you receive your confirmation email.

How long does each session last?
|
|
|
The sessions vary in length from 90 to 120 minutes each.
|
|
|
|

How much do the classes cost?
|
|
|
Unless stated otherwise in the catalog description, ‘Net Classes cost $90.00 per session for each person logged in. Cost of each session attended is billed directly to the dealership.

I can’t attend all sessions of a course in sequence. What do I do?
|
|
|
Register for the sessions you are able to attend in the current schedule and register for the remaining sessions of the course by calling or e-mailing the POWER Software Education department.

I missed yesterday’s session. What happens now?

Contact the POWER Software Education department immediately to reschedule the session.

Technical Requirements

Do I need a separate phone line to participate in the session?
|
|
|
No. The session is taken over the Internet, and audio is done through a “Voice Over IP,” which does not require a telephone line.
|
|
|
|

Do I need to have the POWER software installed on my computer for the session?
|
|
|
No. You will be connected to a computer at the POWER Software Education center. Any practice for procedures learned in class will be done on this computer.
|

|
|

How do I make sure the screen displays properly on my desktop?
|
|
|
In order to properly view the POWER software, you need to adjust your screen area resolution to be 1024 x 768 pixels in the Control Panel on your PC.

What hardware/software do I need to attend a session?
|
|
|
You will need:
A working microphone and speakers or a headset
Administrative access on your network (to download training software)
A computer with the following minimum specifications:
- Windows 2000 or higher
- 166 MHz processor or faster
- Internet Explorer 6.X or higher
- JavaScript and cookies enabled
- 56K Internet connection or faster *Broadband/DSL connection preferred
- 64 MB RAM or more

What previous experience do I need to attend a session?
|
|
|
You must attend the INTR1 session before attending any other sessions. Additional training requirements may be listed in each session’s description. To view these requirements use the "Prerequisites" link next to each session name.
